Michele joined the Firm in 1998 after graduating from the University of Houston-Downtown with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree. She is usually the first point of contact with clients and provides attorney and client support throughout each transaction, including preparatory research, document preparation, corporate and government filings and related work. She also manages the day to day operations of the practice.
